There are 5 ways to do things.. There is your way, my way,the wrong way,the right way and the Ricci way.... This was Nick when someone disagreed with something i asked to do he would defend me..If he didnt agree with me he would tell me but never in front of anyone else....In the end it was his way i would follow as over time i realized my way wasnt always the best way....
